موسسه کمک به مهاجرین افغانستان، پیرامون مهاجرت، بیجاشده گی و پناهجویی دیدگاه فوق‌العاده انسانی و عاطفی داشته و اجرایی ساختن این پدیده ها را بواسطه مردم، اوج مجبوریت شان پنداشته و خود را ملزم و متعهد به حمایت و حفاظت از این کته گوری ها و در صدر آن زنان، کودکان و کهنسالان می داند.
Vision
Refugee Aid Afghanistan has a broad and fundamental perspective on the issue of migration and displacements and considers itself obligated and committed to protecting Afghan refugees, displaced persons, asylum seekers, needy host community mainly women and children throughout durable solution in the country and to become international actor and serve humanity in rest of the World

موسسه کمک به مهاجرین، ترجیحا فعالیت هایش را در قالب پیوند سه گانه (بشر دوستانه، صلح و توسعه) بدون در نظر داشت تعصباتی چون رنگ، قوم، نژاد، زبان، ملیت، دین و مذهب و بر مبنای اصل انسانیت به انجام می رساند.

هدف اساسی
کمک به آسیب پذیر ترین اقشار جامعه، از جمله زنان و کودکان که به سبب منازعات، حوادث ناگوار طبیعی، فقر، خشکسالی و سایر معضلات متضرر گردیده و حتی موجب بیجا شدن آنان و ترک وطن برای رسیدن به زندگی و آینده بهتر می شود؛ هدف اساسی است.
Main Goal
The main goal of Refugee Aid Afghanistan is to assist Afghan women and children who are vulnerable and in need of protection as a result of conflict, natural disasters, poverty, and discrimination, which cause them to suffer from loss or weakening of their rights either in their usual places of origin, displacement, or cross-border attempts to flee Afghanistan for a better future that may not be easily attainable and necessitates protection until a long-term solution is found.
Education
Refugee Aid has close collaboration with UN volunteer to increase spirits of volunteerism, reduce sufferings of joblessness and unemployment's in the western region of Afghanistan. In a joined awareness program, more than 100 youths have been benefited from this project.
